For more than 21 years, I worked at a senior level in Banking. I had a career which I loved and feel very proud of.
But my understanding of success has been shaped by much more than my career.
For a long time, I've raised my children as a single mum while building a demanding career, carrying the responsibility that comes with both and, like so many women, trying to keep all the plates spinning. I've navigated burnout, self-doubt, changing priorities and the constant juggle between creating a life which I feel proud of and being present for the people I love.
Today, as a coach and as a female Founder I bring together that lived experience with more than two decades of leadership, my background in psychology and everything I've learned from working closely with women at different stages of their lives and careers.
And if there's one thing I've learned, it's this:
You don't need fixing.
You may be successful on paper but exhausted underneath it. You may have spent years being the person everyone relies on and somewhere along the way lost sight of what you need. You might be questioning what comes next, struggling to trust your own voice, recovering from burnout or quietly knowing you're capable of more but unsure how to move forward.
My work helps you understand yourself more deeply, recognise the patterns that may no longer serve you and make sense of the conditions you're navigating. Together, we create the clarity, confidence and practical changes that allow you to move forward without compromising who you are or sacrificing yourself in the process.
That might mean recovering from burnout and creating a more sustainable way of living and working. It might mean establishing stronger boundaries, navigating a career transition, reconnecting with your ambition, trusting your voice again or finally taking up the space you've already earned.
This thinking has also shaped Womenomics — my work dedicated to helping high-performing women fulfil their potential and flourish, both personally and professionally.
Because I believe you should be able to have a meaningful career and a meaningful life.
You shouldn't have to choose between fulfilling your potential and the people you love.
I started Chapter 22 because I know what it takes to turn the page and begin again.
When you are ready, I'm here.
